What are missed calls costing you?

Four numbers from your own week. No sign-up, and nothing you type leaves this page.

Sets an example average job; change it to yours.

Your guess.

How the estimate works

Missed calls a week × the share who never call back × the share who would have booked × your average job, times 52 weeks, divided by 12 for a month. Every number is yours; change any of them and it updates.

Four ways to answer more calls

  • A voicemail greeting that books: say how to book online, and call back within the hour.
  • A callback hour: one set time each day to return every missed call.
  • An answering service: people take messages, priced per call or per minute.
  • An AI receptionist: answers, quotes from your list and books. How the options compare.

Questions

Is this accurate?
It’s an estimate from the numbers you put in, nothing more. Change any of them and it updates.
Why don’t callers just leave a voicemail?
Many don’t: when nobody answers, a new customer usually tries the next business on the list. That’s why the calculator asks how many never call back.
How do I count my missed calls?
Look at your phone’s recent calls or your carrier’s app for one normal week, and count the ones you didn’t pick up and didn’t call back.
Do I need a new number to answer them?
Not with GotItDesk: you keep your number and forward only the calls nobody picks up. One code undoes it.
